We just finished an ADU with Karma. Shai, Arnon, and Michelle were amazing, as were Steve and his crew. The entire process was very smooth - from designs to permitting to construction to all the finishing touches, and the end product was simply beautiful. I was new to remodeling/building having essentially never had anything remodeled, and the Karma team was patient in explaining things to us, and understanding in listening to what we wanted and finding solutions for complicated problems.
